Restaurant Ponte in Frankfurt

Food top. I can't understand anyone who complains about the price. Of course it's not cheap but the ingredients are top quality. Free range chicken etc. Staff also super nice. It's always something special.

Food good but too expensive, wine also good but also too expensive. You can get equivalent items cheaper in the same district. Unfortunately, the parking spaces in the street that were occupied by Corona were not given up again despite the current renovation, this is unpleasant for residents and guests of the surrounding houses and shops. Extremely inconsiderate.

Excellent food and friendly service

Nice atmosphere outside on the street. Food good, but not outstanding. Small, rather noble portions. Price / performance ratio doesn't really fit, as is so often the case in Frankfurt.

It's a shame, actually a nice concept: Cozy and relaxed atmosphere with a varied menu, mostly as tapas. Unfortunately, the implementation and the price-performance ratio are not recommended. A handful of Vongole cost € 20, two (!) Scalloped scallops € 11 and ~ € 10 wines cost about € 40. The kitchen is solid, but somehow it doesn't fit, for the price there are much better alternatives ...

Great food, polite and slow service, but worth it to wait?

Friendly, very cramped. The food was very good. Smallest portions (tapas) prices very high. Very long waiting times.

The tapas and main courses generally had good taste. The amount was quite manageable, the price was mostly excessive. For the main course, the risotto was smeared all over the plate, tuna skewer was lightly burned. It was too little for the name "main course". The ambience is simple. The service was reasonable. In total 3⭐.

A great shop! Simple and beautifully decorated. Exactly to my taste. The service and the food left nothing to be desired. I especially liked the tuna tartar.

Nice tapas place. The food was good and the staff very friendly. Because we were with a big group we were sitting pretty cramped, but we managed. I would try it next in a smaller group.

nice food, longer waiting time and little overpriced

Price / performance ratio fits in this restaurant unfortunately not at all. Food was very careless, too small and too expensive. We paid with a bottle of wine for two 66 €. For the money I would have gotten better food in the area. Shrimp tasted only burnt, goat cheese was unfortunately tiny and disappointing. Ambiance is nice, but only if you sit in front, behind you hear very strong the kitchen.

The food is good, but the portions are really too small for the price. If you order at the wrong moment, you can end up waiting for a salad for one hour.

Very nice place to visit with the friends or to have a date. Food is delicious and looks great! If you want to go there on Friday or Saturday you probably should make a reservation because it is always full! Also because of it sometimes you will wait for a while, so if you are in a hurry it is not the place for you. Here you should sit, relax and enjoy ?

Only had some drinks here. Service was friendly and accommodating, but the 0.2 glass of wine was little more than 0.1. So pay attention to this. Wine glasses that show the quantities would help staff and customers.

Expensive, but not good.

Very tasty tapas. The oyster mushrooms, the Mediterranean mashed potatoes and the dessert were excellent. The service was attentive and friendly. The ambience is pleasant - a small restaurant with pleasant background music. In terms of price (but also in terms of taste) above the tapas average.

This store is downstairs in the residential area, it is relatively quiet, there are not many seats, and it specializes in seafood. The owner said that his seafood was fresh and he was eating now, and there was no frozen seafood. But the overall weight is relatively small, and we have to eat a lot of money, and we finally add bread to eat. I want to order oysters, but the boss told me that it was sold out today. Unfortunately, it seems to be a popular item. Pre-meal bread: Hot. Rarely, some shops have hot bread, which may be baked by yourself. No dipping sauce provided. Garlic Flame Shrimp: Looking at the menu, I thought it was fire-roasted, but it turned out to be stewed, but the taste was surprisingly good. The sweet and sour taste was matched with the aroma of garlic and sherry. The soup was swept away by bread. The taste of the shrimp is average, and the meat near the head of the shrimp is a little bit firewood. Grilled octopus: Only roasted with olive oil, you can enjoy the original taste to the greatest extent. Brittany-style scallops: The oversized scallops are cooked with French sour cream and Calvados. The milk is overflowing and the scallops are softly cooked. Roasted dumplings: The seafood is very heavy, so beware of friends who are scary. It is roasted with olive juice, and with the freshness of parsley, the seafood is restored to the greatest extent.

Great meal, warm atmosphere and kind staffs :-) Menus are written in German, but they have English version separately.

Good food but consider the right time to taste everything with tibetan mood.

The food was great and so was the service. Very friendly staff and a really big selection. I highly recommend you pay this restaurant a visit during your stay in Frankfurt!
